The operation headquarters of Asian electric material enterprise group was established in Taipei, Taiwan in July 2003, the R & D center was established in Hsinchu, Taiwan in August 2003, and the manufacturing base: Kunshan Yasen Electronic Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Kunshan, China in August 2003; Dongtai Yasen Electronic Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Dongtai, China in August 2019. It is one of the first Taiwan funded high-tech enterprises to transplant Taiwan's technologies such as manufacturing and development of flexible circuit board substrates to the mainland.
